To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed service agreement are required. Final musical selections and the remaining balance are due 14 days prior to your event.

Yes, provided there is a suitable covered and weather-protected performance area. Our instruments and equipment must be protected from direct sunlight, rain, extreme temperatures, and other conditions that could damage them. Between May and September, a shaded, weather-protected performance area is required.
We provide our own music stand. Amplification is typically not needed, but may be recommended for larger events or outdoor settings. If amplification is needed, you or your venue will need to provide the appropriate microphone and sound system. For outdoor events between May and September, a shaded, weather-protected performance area is required.
Yes! Ivory Strings is based in Provo and proudly serves Utah County, the greater Salt Lake City area, and destinations throughout Utah. Travel throughout Utah County is included with all packages, while flat travel fees apply to select locations outside Utah County. Your proposal will always include your complete pricing upfront, so there are no surprise fees.

Our packages are designed around specific performance periods. If you request that Ivory Strings remain on-site for an extended period between scheduled performance times, an additional waiting fee may apply. Any applicable fees will be clearly outlined in your proposal before booking.
Additional hours beyond our standard packages are available upon request and will be quoted at $400 per additional hour, based on availability.
Events with split timelines or extended breaks of more than one hour between performances may be subject to an idle-time fee
